ABSTRACT

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive mode combining the concept of fast track surgery-clinical nursing path (FTS-CNP) on the perioperative treatment of obstetrics. Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from April 2015 to March 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method. The control group patients received conventional perioperative management, and the observation group underwent FTS-CNP management mode, recording postoperative feeding time, postoperative activity time, hospitalization time, complication rate, and physical and mental health score values. Results:The eating time, postoperative activity time, length of stay, and complication rate in the observation group were (0.52 ± 0.15)days, (1.17 ± 0.38)days, (5.43 ± 0.90)days, and 0, and the control group were (1.54 ± 0.24)days, (2.19 ± 0.58)days, (7.80 ± 0.80)days, and 40%(12/30). There was a statistical difference between the two groups ( t value was 11.40, 4.64, 6.23, χ2 value was 13.33, P <0.05). Physiological and mental health of the observation group after cesarean section The scores were 152.21 ± 5.15 and 127.23 ± 2.38, and the control group was 115.14 ± 2.24 and 101.92 ± 2.58. There was also a statistical difference between the two groups ( t value was 11.21, 14.04, P<0.05). Conclusions:FTS group management mode can provide obstetrics perioperative patients with quality and efficient services, which is hopeful to achieve good social and economic benefits.

ABSTRACT

Mandibular osteomyelitis in a patient with psoriasis is an uncommonly clinical manifestation while there is an increasing number of reports and studies on involvements of stomatology in psoriasis, especially the death of a patient via or not via Allogeneicbone marrow transplantation has never been reported. To review the management and possible mechanisms in pathogenesis and treatment of psoriasis, as well as the relative involvements between stomatology and psoriasis the typical case with pictures and files is reviewed and literature is collected.Wekeepthe knowledge that psoriasis is either a primary keratinocyte disorder or an immunocyte-mediated chronic skin inflammatorydisease while bone marrow is under suspected for immunopathogenesis. More association of stomatologic conditions with psoriasis is emerging. Conclusively, allogeneicBMT and new knowledge are worth to be stressed by both stomatological and dermatological doctors. Further insights of this kind of auto immunologic disease are under its developing.

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effects of the routine needle-withdrawing method and improved needle-withdrawing method? Methods One hundred patients undergoing intravenous transfusion were randomized into the control group and the improvement group (255 times of transfusion ), with 50 cases in each group: the former was treated with routine needle-withdrawing method and the latter with the improved method? Complications after needle-withdruing were compared between the two groups? Result The rates of pains, subcutaneous bleeding or bleeding at the puncture points in the improvement group were all significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0?001)? Conclusion The improved needle-withdrawing method is effective in reducing the rate of post-withdrawal complications and improve the safety of intravenous transfusion?

ABSTRACT

Objective To study the effect of health education on compliance of patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy after cardiac valve replacement? Methods One hundred and six patients undergoing anticoagulant therapy after cardiac valve replacement received enhanced health education after cardiac valve replacement? A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate their treatment compliance and mastery of related knowledge pre-and postoperatively? Result The mastery of the knowledge related to anticoagulant therapy and the compliance were significantly improved compared to pre-health education(bothP < 0?05)? Conclusion The health education may improve the recognition of anti-coagulant therapy as well as compliance of patients?

ABSTRACT

Objective:To compare the marginal microleakage of various d ental filling materials. Methods:45 extracted caries-free teeth were divided into 3 groups with 15 in each. The teeth were cleaned and standard cavity of I and V were prepared and filled with silver amalgm(group 1), GI-1 g lass ion cement(group 2) and glassionomer cement FX(group 3) respectively. The s amples were kept at 37 ℃ for 1-3 months.Dye penetration test was used to obser ve the marginal microleakage. The space between the restorations and tooth struct ure was measured under an electronmicroscope. Results:Dye penetr ation was observed in all the three groups. The teeth with grade 1, 2 and 3 penet ration in group 1 were 11,4 and 0, in group 2 were 1,4 and 10,in group 3 were 2, 8 and 5(P
